吴广华 男，研究员职称，中共党员，中书协会员，国家特级书法师，“全国高层次艺术专业人才”、世界文学艺术家联合总会会员、俄罗斯艺术科学院荣誉院士，国际文联书画委员会委员，中国国宾礼特聘书画艺术家，国家非物质文化艺术传承人，中华传统文化发展基金会名誉主席、中国国画院书法研究院院长，中国传统文化研究会名誉会长等。曾任江苏省灌南县县委副书记、县政协主席、县人大常委会主任兼党组书记等职。
