蔡祖逖，男，1935年3月生，广东汕头人。现为中国教育行业专家委员会委员，获“中国教育著名专家”称号，是2006年第三届中国教育家大会会员，本届大会特邀嘉宾:北京中联科教育研究中心研究员。中国有突出贡献专家，中亚联合国际经济发展研究中心高级研究员，中共党校主编“市县领导月刊”理事会委员，“中国评论月刊“特邀评论员，中国国际文艺家协会博学会员，高级研究员，中国国学研究院高级研究员，中国世界华人作家艺术家协会会员，中国延安文艺学会会员。中国名人协会中国书画研究院名誉院长，中国民族文化艺术研究院终身荣誉顾问，中华文艺画报社荣誉理事，特聘书画高级顾问，国际ISQ9000A书画艺术家资格认证中心副主席兼评审委员等等。荣获中国亚太经济发展研究中心和台湾经贸文化交流中心联合颁发的2006中国百名行业风云人物“金质奖章”，荣获中华名人协会中国书画研究院首评“风云人物”金奖，“国学十年个人艺术成就奖，书画精品奖，荣获“国学十年明珠艺术家”、“中国当代杰出艺术人才”等等称号。是中国作家世纪论坛2006年会特邀代表，作品(访南(非)诗四首获一等奖，入编“中国作家世纪论坛获奖作家文库”;《我的一首诗》赴京参加“高层论坛”“被国家博物馆永久珍藏2是中国作家世纪论坛2006年会特邀代表，作品(访南(非)诗四首“获一等奖，入编《中国作家世纪论坛获奖作家文库》。赴京参加“高层论坛”“我的一首诗”被国家博物馆永久珍藏。2004年出版《蔡祖邀书法集》。2006年4月应邀访问南非开普敦并参加首次南非中国书画艺术大展。6月作为国家代表参加新加坡国际华人书画艺术精品大赛，作品获国际金奖。作品先后刊登于“大公报”“人民日报”市场报、“国际商报”、“中国文化报”和多种国家级刊物，个人业绩编入《中国共产党名人大典》，《中国有突出贡献专家大典》等二十多部典籍。

Cai Zuti, male, born in March 1935, from Shantou, Guangdong. I am currently a member of the China Education Industry Expert Committee and have been awarded the title of "Famous Expert in China's Education". I am a member of the 3rd China Educators Conference in 2006, and the special guest of this conference is a researcher at the Beijing Zoomlion Education Research Center. Expert with outstanding contributions from China, Senior Researcher at the Central Asian Joint International Economic Development Research Center, and Member of the Board of Directors of the "City and County Leadership Monthly" edited by the Communist Party School, China Review Monthly Specially invited commentator, a erudite member and senior researcher of the China International Artists Association, a senior researcher of the China Academy of Chinese Studies, a member of the China World Chinese Writers and Artists Association, and a member of the China Yan'an Literature and Art Society. Honorary Dean of the China Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of the China Celebrity Association, Lifetime Honorary Advisor of the China National Culture and Art Research Institute, Honorary Director of the China Literature and Art Newspaper, Senior Advisor of Calligraphy and Painting, and International ISQ9000A Calligraphy and Painting Art Vice Chairman and Evaluation Committee Member of the Family Qualification Certification Center, and so on. Received the "Gold Medal" jointly awarded by the China Asia Pacific Economic Development Research Center and the Taiwan Economic, Trade and Cultural Exchange Center for the 2006 Top 100 Industry Influencers in China, the first "Influential Figure" Gold Award awarded by the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of the Chinese Celebrity Association, the "Ten Year Inpidual Art Achievement Award of Chinese Studies", the "Fine Calligraphy and Painting Award", and other titles such as "Ten Year Pearl Artist of Chinese Studies" and "Outstanding Contemporary Art Talent of China". He is a special invited representative of the 2006 China Writers Century Forum, and his works (visiting South Africa) won first prize for four poems. He was included in the "China Writers Century Forum Award winning Writer Library"; "My Poem" went to Beijing to participate in the "High Level Forum" and was permanently collected by the National Museum. He was included in the "Chinese Writers' Century Forum Award Winning Writer Library". In April 2006, I was invited to visit Cape Town, South Africa and participate in the first South African Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition. In June, as a national representative, participated in the Singapore International Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Boutique Competition and won the International Gold Award for his works. His works have been published in the "Ta Kung Pao", "People's Daily" market newspaper, "International Business Daily", "China Culture Daily" and various national journals. His personal achievements have been included in more than 20 classics, including the Celebrity Ceremony of the CPC, and the Celebrity Ceremony of Experts with Outstanding Contributions in China.

蔡祖逖先生的书法堪称一绝。其书作雄浑苍茫、气势磅礴、思与神合、具有抽象笔墨意味的经典之作，他以丰厚人生阅历和学识修养为底蕴，以臻于化境的笔墨功夫作支撑，一破此前的因袭摹古和法度束缚，因心造境，以手运心，写书法以神遇而不以目视，足见蔡祖逖先生的艺术功力和成就非同一般。在笔法上也达到了前无古人，后无来者的境界，蔡祖逖先生的书法，层层深厚，气势磅礴，惊世骇俗，这一显著特点，也使中国的书法上升到一种至高无上的境界。 

Mr.Cai Zuti's calligraphy is very unique. The book vigorous boundless, majestic, thought and god, with abstract ink means classic, he with rich life experience and knowledge culture for background, by the support of ink kung fu, a broken after copying ancient and law, because of the heart, with hand heart, writing calligraphy to meet and not eye, it serves to show Mr Cai Zu between the artistic capability and achievement. Mr.Cai Zuti's calligraphy is profound, magnificent and shocking to the world. This remarkable feature also makes Chinese calligraphy rise to a supreme level.
