戴德宣,字忠之,号佛音堂。男,1963年出生,四川井研人。现为井研县老年书画协会副会长,井研县政协,非物质文化遗产井研指书传承人,四川省省级机关老年书画协会常务理事,四川大地书画院副院长,四川龙泉画院副院长,国家一级美术师。中国书法美术家协会理事、中国书画艺术促进会会员、世界华人文学艺术界联合会会员、北京华夏神韵书画研究院中心高级研究员、中国书画研究院特聘高级美术师、乐山师范学院美术学院兼职教师。
