车美莹女士是一位跨越国界的文化使者,她是一位热爱创作的艺术家,对艺术的热爱和执着如同他对生活的热爱一样,现为中国工艺美术学会会员,北京门头沟区非遗项目“葫芦雕刻技艺”第五代代表传承人,从小爱好美术创作,2001年开始跟随新疆大学美术学院刘湘萍老师学习美术,2002年结识了第四代葫芦雕刻技法传承人马江红大师,跟随马老师学习葫芦雕刻、篆刻、绘画、裱画、墙体壁画等多种技艺至今。曾2015年跟随故宫博物馆沈伟老师学习篆刻一年。

她的作品体现了他的艺术才华和文化修养,同时也展现了她的品德和修养,她是艺术界的瑰宝,也是艺术的传承与创新者。

多年受聘任教北京海淀区、门头沟区多所中学“非遗项目葫芦雕刻”社团指导老师,指导上千名学子掌握葫芦雕刻技艺。

Ms. Che Meiying is a cultural ambassador across national boundaries. She is an artist who loves to create. Her love and persistence for art is the same as his love for life. She is now a member of the Chinese Arts and Crafts Association, the fifth generation representative successor of the intangible cultural heritage project "Gourd Carving Skill" in Mentougou District, Beijing. She has loved art creation since childhood. She began to learn art with teacher Liu Xiangping of the Academy of Fine Arts of Xinjiang University in 2001, met master Ma Jianghong, the fourth generation successor of Gourd Carving Technique, and followed teacher Ma to learn gourd carving, seal cutting, painting, mounting, wall mural painting and other skills until now. In 2015, he studied seal cutting with Mr. Shen Wei of the Palace Museum for one year.

Her works reflect his artistic talent and cultural cultivation, as well as her moral character and cultivation. She is a treasure in the art world, as well as a inheritor and innovator of art.

For many years, he has been employed as the instructor of the "gourd carving" community of intangible cultural heritage projects in many middle schools in Haidian District and Mentougou District of Beijing, guiding thousands of students to master gourd carving skills.

车美莹葫芦雕刻作品《体育强中国强》在2023年山东聊城“第十五届中国江北水城*两河明珠(聊城)葫芦文化艺术节”的精品大赛中荣获雕刻类银奖,并于同年被聊城市东昌区旅游发展中心“中华葫芦博物馆”收藏。

绘画作品《敦煌乐伎》参加2024年乌鲁木齐市米东区“赏年画•晒非遗”年画非遗作品展,荣获荣誉证书。

Awards over the years

In 2021, Che Meiying won the honorary title of "Excellent Egg Carving Art Inheritor" of Heilongjiang Arts and Crafts Association.

Che Meiying's paintings were selected into the painting and calligraphy exhibition "Shuqi Zhilan is flourishing, spring breeze is ten miles fragrant" held by Urumqi Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage and Urumqi Municipal Cultural Museum in 2022.

Che Meiying's gourd carving "Full of Gold and Jade" was exhibited in Urumqi Intangible Cultural Heritage Tour Exhibition in 2023 and won the Excellence Award.

Che Meiying's gourd carving "National Essence Facial Makeup" won the silver medal in the "2023 China * Tianjin Hulu Culture, Arts and Crafts Creative Skills Competition" held by Tianjin Arts and Crafts Industry Association in 2023.

Che Meiying's gourd carving "Strong Sports in China" won the silver medal in the sculpture category in the 2023 boutique competition of the "15th China Jiangbei Water City * Lianghe Pearl (Liaocheng) Hulu Culture and Art Festival" in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, and was collected by the "China Hulu Museum" in Dongchang District Tourism Development Center, Liaocheng City in the same year.

The painting "Dunhuang Musical Jis" was exhibited in the 2024 "Appreciation of New Year Paintings • Exposure of Intangible Cultural Heritage" New Year Paintings Exhibition in Midong District, Urumqi, and won the honorary certificate.

The painting "Buddha worshiper" won the honorary certificate in the harvest year of Midong District in 2024.

在实践中,通过葫芦雕刻作品,更好的了解了新疆民族风情,刀郎文化,十二木卡姆等。对新疆克孜尔千佛洞壁画、敦煌壁画艺术均有更多的理解。在创作中运用版画、玉雕和木雕等多种技法,对古老的壁画艺术进行再创作,使之焕发出新的艺术魅力,并使西域佛教文化艺术也得到了发掘和传播。

In practice, through the gourd carving works, we have a better understanding of Xinjiang's ethnic customs, Daolang culture, Twelve Mukam, etc. I have more understanding of Xinjiang Kizil Thousand Buddha Cave murals and Dunhuang mural art. In the creation, various techniques, such as printmaking, jade carving and wood carving, were used to re create the ancient mural art, making it glow with new artistic charm, and the Buddhist culture and art in the Western Regions were also explored and spread.
