赵邯平,笔名赵政。号黄坡居士。1959年5月出生于河北省邯郸市。籍贯山西省武乡县。中国书法家协会会员。山西省书法家协会理事。高级经济师。魏碑、隶书、行草书俱擅。书法作品曾在全国首届兰亭奖牡丹杯书画大赛中获奖。入选全国第七届中青年书法展。入展第四届全国书坛新人作品展、第三、四届全国楹联书法展。曾获山西省首届群众书画艺术大赛一等奖。近百次参加国内外各类书法展。作品曾被《人民日报》《中国日报》《中国书法》《中国书画报》《书法导报》《书法报》等近百家报刊杂志登载或者专题介绍。入编《中国当代书法家辞典》等。有论文、散文、诗歌、杂文、书法赏评等在全国报刊发表。
